Sunday Services
We gather to worship God on a Sunday in order to be equipped to serve Him throughout the week. Our regular services are usually conducted by one of our Ministers or an Elder, together with a worship leader. Our regular Sunday services are listed below:

10.30am

Morning Worship: A family service with crèche and junior church, where children aged 0-14 receive care and lively instruction. Holy Communion takes place on the third Sunday of each month. Morning Worship typically comprises a mix of contemporary music and well known hymns, together with Bible teaching and activities to engage our diverse congregation.

Afternoon Communion Service: An informal communion service is held on the first Sunday of each month, lasting no more than an hour. Transport can be provided for older adults who would like to attend but need help to get to the church. Please contact us to request a lift.

6.30pm
|
Regeneration: A contemporary café style service held Sunday evenings during the academic year. Regeneration makes use of creative arts, multi-media presentations and Bible teaching to communicate the gospel message. Please see the Re-generation section for more info.

Tyler Hill Baptist Chapel: A more traditional service held weekly at our tied sister chapel in the village of Tyler Hill, between Canterbury & Whitstable.

If you are interested in attending any of our services, you will receive a warm welcome and can expect to receive clear and well-applied Bible teaching. The pattern and style of our services are intended to provide you with a range of worship options, so come along and try! Sunday services are an extremely important part of how we express our Christian commitment, as are the various ministries and weekly activities detailed in the Church Life section
