BMS World Mission - Julia Stanbrook

A member of our church, Julia Stanbrook – a primary school teacher – arrived in Brazil at the end of July 2007 to help with local mission work. She initially studied Portuguese in Fortaleza and learnt about Brazilian culture, both inside and outside the churches. In 2008 she moved to the Amazonian region of north Brazil to establish a pre-school education programme (PEPE) in the poor and marginalised communities in that part of the country.   To read Julia's Prayer Letter, including those of various other BMS overseas workers, please visit the following BMS website.
