Our Ministries &
Activities
As a city-centre church with a city-wide mission, Canterbury Baptist Church provides ministries and activities for a broad cross section of our community and for people of all-ages. Several of these ministries are typical of local churches, yet given our unique location, some ministries reflect the particular challenges of city-centre ministry. Details of all our regular ministries can be found in the Church Life section of the website. A selection of activities across our church ministries are detailed below.

House Groups House Groups meet in a variety of locations at different times throughout the week, providing opportunities for friendship, worship, prayer and Bible Study in a comfortable and informal environment. See the House Groups Ministry section for further information.
