JEWELS

JEWELS is an acronym for ‘Jesus Empowering Women Every Living Second’. Jewels is a group for women in the church where you will find friendship, encouragement and support. We meet once a month to pray, study God’s word and socialise. Topics we have studied include:

'How to Become a Secure Woman': A series which looked at some of the alternative and flawed routes women take to find their identity, enabling us to learn more about the true and lasting security which is found in Jesus alone.

'Bad Girls of the Bible - What we can learn from them!': These character studies looked at some of those ‘other women’ in scripture, such as Jezebel, Delilah and Potiphar’s wife. Some who were bad for a moment, bad to the bone or bad for a season – but not forever. These infamous sisters taught us how not to handle the challenges of life!
